St. James Anglican Church in Maitland is celebrating its 200th Anniversary in 2026 with a series of concerts and events.

In celebration of St. James Anglican Church, 20 Church Street, Maitland 200th Anniversary year, the first concert will be on Sunday, April 19th at 3:00 p.m. featuring Spencer Scharf. Spencer is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who will delver an energetic, upbeat mix of Folk, Irish, Scottish and Down-East music with fingerstyle guitar, multi-instruments and smooth tenor vocals. A seasoned performer with gigs at some of Canada's top festivals.
