Local Sports:
The TISS Pirates' Senior Girls' Basketball Team capped off an historic season over the weekend with a dramatic 35–34 finish in the OFSAA "AA" final, bringing home silver after a remarkable run. The team, led by head coach Kim Durant and assistant Brian Kloosterman, earned strong community support, including a large “Pirate brigade” in Belleville. Their performance secures a lasting place in TISS sports history.
