STUFF TO DO 

Today: The Mother’s Day Craft & Gift Market takes place May 8, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brockville Legion Branch 96, featuring over 25 vendors with a variety of unique gifts. Admission is free, with lunch, homemade treats, door prizes, and a complimentary gift and prize ticket for all attending ladies.

Tomorrow: Join the Brockville Lawn Bowling Club for a free open house on Saturday, May 9, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Come try lawn bowling and learn more about the club. 

Tomorrow: Visit the Brockville Farmers' Market every Saturday from May through December, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, on Market Street West in Brockville. Shop local produce, baked goods, crafts, and more from local vendors.

Bunnies U-19 Baseball:

The Brockville Bunnies open the 2026 summer baseball season tomorrow (May 9), with CanAm League action against the Montreal Beasts at Fulford Park. The doubleheader begins at 11 a.m. The Bunnies will start the season short-handed with 11 players available, giving several new additions an early opportunity to gain experience and settle nerves in competitive play this weekend.

CCHL:

The Brockville Braves will hold their 2026 Prospect Camp today and tomorrow (May 8–9) at the Brockville Youth Arena. Ice time begins at 5 p.m. today and 9 a.m. tomorrow.
