STUFF TO DO 

Today: The Red, Hot and Blue Rockabilly Weekend runs August 28–31 in Brockville, celebrating 20 years with live music, food, artisan markets, and family-friendly activities. The annual event also showcases local culture and history along the Rideau Heritage Route.

Tomorrow: Discover the history of Brockville’s east end on a guided 2 km walk highlighting Fulford Place, St. Alban’s School for Boys, and the stories of British Home Children. The tour is from 10 to 11:30 a.m., starting at Blockhouse Island.

Tomorrow: The Brockville Farmers' Market takes place every week from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. along Market Street West in Downtown Brockville. With over 30 booths each week, visitors can explore a wide variety of vendors, including local food producers, florists, artisans, crafters, distilleries, and more.

Local Sports:

The Brockville Braves host the Smiths-Falls Bears in their pre-season opener on September 5 at the Brockville Memorial Centre.
