Tomorrow: The Braves host their home opener at the Madhouse on Magedoma against the Carleton Place Canadians. A pre-game BBQ supporting RNJ Youth is set for 6 p.m., sponsored by MNP LLP. Puck drops at 7:30 p.m.
Tomorrow: Thousand Islands Secondary School hosts a Take Back the Night Walk on at 1:05 p.m. in Brockville. The event promotes awareness of sexual violence and support for survivors. Community partners will be on site with resources.
Local Sports:
At the Trinity Invitational Harrier meet in Port Hope, the TISS junior girls team finished first overall while the senior boys team placed second, and the senior girls and junior boys teams were fourth overall.
Sail Canada has named Brockville's Lucas Henderson as their 2024 Sail Instructor of the Year.

The Brockville Braves face the Carleton Place Canadians in their 2025-26 home opener tomorrow (Sep. 19) at the Brockville Memorial Centre. Puck drop is 7:30.
