STUFF TO DO 

Today: The Braves host their home opener at the Madhouse on Magedoma against the Carleton Place Canadians. A pre-game BBQ supporting RNJ Youth is set for 6 p.m., sponsored by MNP LLP. Puck drops at 7:30 p.m.

Tomorrow: The Grand Parade returns to Athens this Saturday, Sept. 20, with Senior Support Services L.L.G. hosting the nationwide fundraiser in support of seniors. The walk begins at 11 a.m., following check-in and opening remarks, with proceeds going toward programs that help older adults in the community.

Tomorrow: The Annual Lyndhurst Turkey Fair takes place Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., offering free entry, parking, and family-friendly fun. Visitors can enjoy live music, food vendors, a vintage car show, kids’ activities, over 100 vendors, and attractions like helicopter rides and canoe paddling.
