On March 5, a neighbouring police agency located and arrested the 40-year-old driver from Brockville. The individual was transported to the Gananoque Police station and charged with Failure to Comply with a Release Order. The driver was released on an undertaking with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
