On December 3rd
Gananoque Police have laid multiple charges following a traffic stop conducted on December 3rd.
Officers stopped a vehicle and, after identifying the occupants, learned the passenger was under court-ordered conditions not to have any contact with the driver of the vehicle.
As a result, the 43-year-old Brockville resident was taken into custody at the scene. During the investigation, police also located a quantity of methamphetamine.
The individual was subsequently charged with Failing to Comply with an Undertaking and Possession of a Schedule I Substance – methamphetamine.
The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a show cause bail hearing.
