Delay pushes Leeds-Grenville HART Hub opening — here’s when it could launch

Officials thanked the community for its patience and encouraged residents to visit the organization’s website for updates about the HART Hub project

The Leeds-Grenville HART Hub is now expected to open between late spring and summer 2026 after renovation delays pushed back the original timeline.

Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health shared the update with the community on March 6, saying construction issues have slowed progress at the site.

The organization also said discussions have taken place with the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville about possibly adding 15 emergency shelter beds. However, officials noted those beds are not part of the HART Hub model and the proposal has not been confirmed.

Meanwhile, the HART Hub in Lanark County has been operating since December 2025 and is already welcoming clients.

While the service mainly supports Lanark County residents, the organization says it can also help individuals from Leeds and Grenville on a case-by-case basis.

Officials thanked the community for its patience and encouraged residents to visit the organization’s website for updates about the HART Hub project.
