Anyone interested in attending or learning more about getting involved is asked to email info@spencervillefair.ca to receive meeting details and an official invitation
The Spencerville Fair is inviting community members to its annual meeting tonight (Jan. 19) at the Drummond Building. Social time begins at 6 p.m., followed by the meeting at 7 p.m.
The gathering is a key opportunity for locals to get involved in the long-running community event.
Attendees can join the Fair Board, vote on leadership positions, and help elect new Executive Directors, Directors, and Associate Directors.
Youth aged 18 and under are also encouraged to apply to become Junior Directors, giving them a chance to gain leadership experience and help shape the fair’s future.
Anyone interested in attending or learning more about getting involved is asked to email info@spencervillefair.ca to receive meeting details and an official invitation.
The fair board says participation from the community helps ensure the event continues to thrive and reflect local interests year after year.
