Need a health card or dental help? Free ID clinic coming to Brockville this August

Tuesday, August 19th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Residents in need of essential government ID or help applying for health benefits will want to mark their calendars.

The Brockville and Area Food Bank is hosting a free I.D. Clinic on Tuesday, August 19, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 58 Buell Street.

No appointment is needed.

Services include on-the-spot OHIP card support, birth certificate applications, and help navigating government programs.

Service Canada and Rideau Community Health Services will be on-site to assist with everything from replacing lost ID to understanding available services.

Organizers will also help people apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Attendees are asked to bring their SIN, birthdate, mailing address, and details about any current dental coverage.

This one-stop clinic aims to make accessing vital services simple and stress-free for the Brockville community.

Anyone without ID or dental care is strongly encouraged to attend.
