Ticket details are expected soon, with residents encouraged to attend and support rural communities
The South Grenville Food Bank is urging residents to mark their calendars for a major farm fundraiser set for later this month.
The Grenville Federation of Agriculture will hold its annual meeting and fundraiser on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026, at the Spencerville Drummond Building in Spencerville.
Adrian Wynands, Deputy Mayor of Augusta Township explained the main idea behind the annual meeting.
Organizers say the evening will include a social hour and dinner, bringing together farmers, families and community partners. Funds raised will support local food banks across the region.
The federation represents agricultural producers in eastern Ontario and uses the yearly gathering to review the past year and set goals for the future.
Wynands also pointed to a major milestone the group will reach this year.
Ticket details are expected soon, with residents encouraged to attend and support rural communities.
