Ontario's Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming calls it a game-changer
This morning, Ontario's Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming, the honourable Stan Cho announced an investment of $82.2 million dollars for the St. Lawrence Parks Commission along the Long Sault Parkway.
He says it's a game-changer.
The four-year investment ensures clean drinking water and access to all the other things that make this area enjoyable for generations to come.
Cho says this couldn't be done without the MPP for Stormont-Dundas and South-Glengarry, Nolan Quinn, and the MPP for Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes, Steve Clark.
Cho adds that Eastern Ontario is no longer being ignored by Queen's Park.
