Officials say public feedback is key to improving communications and keeping residents informed about local services, news, and events
The Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal is asking residents to help shape how it shares information. A new Communication Survey is open until April 17 at 4 p.m., aiming to find out who the Township is reaching, what information matters most, and how people prefer to receive updates.
The short survey takes about seven minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous and may be summarized in a report to Council to guide improvements in the Township’s Communications and Engagement Strategy.
Residents can complete the survey online at www.twpec.ca/CommunicationSurvey or request a paper copy. Printed surveys are available for pickup at the Township Office, and completed forms can be mailed or dropped off at 18 Centre Street, Spencerville. Assistance or alternate formats are available by contacting the Township’s Community Development Coordinator at 613-658-3055, extension 101.
