Garbage buildup and foul odours going on two weeks now, has a tenant at Balmoral Place urging SIREG Management Inc. to improve property maintenance.
She says SIREG was supposed to have a large garbage bin delivered on Tuesday, but that has yet to arrive.
She says building management here in Brockville are doing everything they can to help.
She adds that the conditions do not reflect the rent they pay and are calling on SIREG to address ongoing maintenance issues and improve the management of the property as soon as possible.
