CEO and President wants you to be informed
Brockville General Hospital CEO and President Julie Caffin updated our Bruce Wylie on the measles situation after it was revealed a case was found close-by.
She says she wants to get the word out so people can prepare.
Chaffin also reminds us that we have to be aware of where cases are, and where those people have been.
She says if people are showing symptoms they should take precautions before heading into the Emergency Department, like wearing a mask.
Chaffin adds they should let staff know immediately they are concerned they have measles so proper action can be taken by staff.
