Justin Donovan Biscope is scheduled to return to court in Brockville on Sept. 29 as he faces a second-degree murder charge.
The matter is set to be spoken to by video at 11 a.m. in Courtroom 1 of the Ontario Court of Justice at 41 Court House Square.
Court documents list four charges against Biscope. They include second-degree murder under Section 235(1) of the Criminal Code and indecently interfering with human remains under Section 182(b).
He is also charged with failing to comply with a probation order under Section 733.1(1) and failing to comply with a prohibition order under Section 117.01(1).
A publication ban is in place under Section 517(1) of the Criminal Code.
