Justin Donovan Biscope is scheduled to return to court in Brockville tomorrow as he faces a second-degree murder charge.
Court documents list four charges against Biscope. They include second-degree murder under Section 235(1) of the Criminal Code and indecently interfering with human remains under Section 182(b).
He is also charged with failing to comply with a probation order under Section 733.1(1) and failing to comply with a prohibition order under Section 117.01(1).
A publication ban is in place under Section 517(1) of the Criminal Code.
