Wills will receive the award at the Chamber’s 67th Awards of Excellence Gala on September 17 at the Brockville Country Club
The Brockville and District Chamber of Commerce has named Terry Wills the recipient of the 2026 Citizen of the Year Award.
Wills, a fourth-generation owner of Wills Transfer Limited, is being recognized for his leadership in business, commitment to the community, and ongoing volunteer work.
Under his leadership, Wills Transfer Limited has continued to grow while earning recognition as a top employer and maintaining Canada’s Best Managed Companies Gold Standard designation for 10 consecutive years.
Beyond his business achievements, Wills has supported humanitarian projects through Future Vision Ministries, including health care, wells, and schools in Malawi, Africa.
He also contributes to several local organizations, including the United Way, Palliative Care services, Girls Inc., the Brockville Food Bank, Relay for Life, and BGC.
