A longtime Brockville dealership has a new owner, a new name and plans for a major makeover.
Dane Fellows and John Hinton have purchased Beattie Dodge and will rename the dealership Brockville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the coming days.
The dealership, at 827 Stewart Boulevard, says the existing team will remain in place, alongside new employees. The new owners say they plan to create opportunities for staff development as the business grows.
The sales department is already open under the new ownership, with extended hours from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The service department continues operating from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The dealership says it currently has more than 60 new vehicles on site.
The owners also say a new facility is planned for the Stewart Boulevard location, although construction will take time.
