City Hall is open during regular hours
The City of Brockville has officially declared the end of the Significant Weather Event, with crews continuing winter maintenance on local streets and sidewalks.
Residents are reminded to exercise caution as icy conditions may persist in some areas.
City officials also urge residents to follow parking restrictions. No parking is allowed on city streets between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. to help ensure safe and efficient street maintenance. This prohibition remains in effect regardless of weather conditions.
In addition, due to a waste collection cancellation on December 29, the garbage pickup schedule has been adjusted for the week: Monday's collection will take place on Tuesday, and Tuesday's on Wednesday. Wednesday's pickup will be on Friday, and Thursday’s will be delayed until Saturday. Recycling collection remains unchanged.
City Hall is open during regular hours.
