Four decades of serving the community
The Brockville & Area Food Bank celebrates the major milestone of 40 years in the community in 2025.
Last year alone, the BAFB served over 21,000 people in 2024 and continues addressing food insecurity through community partnerships, volunteer efforts, and advocacy.
General Manager, Amanda Petch says their ability to serve those in need is thanks to dedicated volunteers and the generosity of the community.
Every Thanksgiving, our two radio stations have hosted the Food Bank Fill Up event at the Real Canadian Superstore to raise funds and collect food donations for the food bank.
