The Brockville General Hospital Volunteer Association dedicated 23,000 volunteer hours during the year
Brockville General Hospital has released its 2025-26 annual report, highlighting patient volumes, staffing levels and community support across the organization.
The report shows the hospital operated 172 patient beds and handled 27,310 emergency department visits during the fiscal year. Hospital teams also completed 8,964 surgical procedures, 32,619 diagnostic imaging exams and 70,271 ambulatory visits.
Brockville General recorded 4,902 acute care admissions, along with 662 mental health admissions, 199 rehabilitation admissions and 530 complex medical management admissions. The hospital also welcomed 307 births.
The report notes the organization was supported by 265 credentialed medical staff, 640 nurses and allied health professionals, 311 support staff and 126 administrative employees. A further 238 volunteers contributed to hospital services.
