Residents can create an account or submit requests as a guest, with the platform available to anyone
The City of Brockville has launched a new online tool aimed at making it easier for residents to report non-emergency concerns.
Natalie Finucan, Brockville’s communications coordinator, explains how the new platform works.
Users can include photos and location details and track the progress of their requests.
Finucan says the project was in the works for two years before being completed this summer.
She also outlined some of the concerns residents can report through the portal.
Residents can create an account or submit requests as a guest, with the platform available to anyone.
More information about the Citywide Portal and service requests is available at: Home - City of Brockville.
