A strong turnout is being encouraged as Branch #96 continues planning for the future
Members of Brockville Legion Branch #96 are being encouraged to attend an upcoming general meeting that will help guide the future of the local branch.
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 16 at 6 p.m. at the legion, located at 180 Park St. in Brockville.
Branch officials say the meeting will give members an opportunity to stay informed about current activities, upcoming events and important decisions affecting the organization. Members will also be able to ask questions, share ideas and take part in discussions about the future direction of the branch.
Legion leaders stress that member participation is important to maintaining a strong and active branch. Decisions made during general meetings can have a direct impact on operations, programs and community involvement.
The meeting will also provide an opportunity for members to connect with one another and learn more about ongoing initiatives.
