Former Elizabethtown-Kitley councillor Tom Linton is hosting a campaign kickoff event at the Brockville Legion this week after announcing his intention to run for Mayor of Brockville in the October 26th municipal election.
One of Linton's ideas is to have a local private school for skilled trades.

Linton cites experience in planning and economic development with a focus on local growth and affordability.
His campaign kickoff is Thursday at the Brockville Legion, with doors open at 6:30 and remarks at 7 p.m.
