The Brockville Ontario Speedway is looking for dedicated individuals to join its track safety crew for Saturday night races and special events. The Speedway provides uniforms, though applicants must supply their own safety boots, gloves, and glasses.
Preferred candidates have previous firefighter training, fire suppression and extrication experience, or emergency medical response training. Assets include teamwork skills, the ability to follow a command structure, willingness to learn track safety protocols, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to quickly assess emergency scenes. Pre-service firefighter education students are also encouraged to apply.
