The Brockville Police Service says it is now accepting resumes for its Youth in Policing Initiative, a summer program aimed at giving local youth experience in a policing environment.
The program is scheduled to run from July 6 to August 26. Police say it offers participants an opportunity to learn about law enforcement while contributing to the community.
Applications must be submitted by May 8 at 12 p.m. Interested candidates are asked to send their resumes by email to Const. Dedekker through the service’s human resources address.
The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to engage youth and provide hands-on learning opportunities in a structured setting.
Police encourage applicants to review eligibility requirements before applying to ensure they meet all criteria.
More information, including application details, is available on the Brockville Police Service website.
