After Big Brothers Big Sisters of Leeds and Grenville announced they will close at the end of the year, the community wonders about the future of Brockville Ribfest.
BBBS Executive Director Bev Heuving says Ribfest will continue.
As a result of the closure, BGC South East will be expanding into Leeds and Grenville to support children, youth, and families.
Heuving says although it's unfortunate they're closing, it's also a new chapter.
The organization has been serving Brockville and area for 48 years.
