The old Brockville Shopping Centre is being transformed into a mixed-use community called Stewart Village, promising a fresh vision for the city’s downtown.
Owner Jameel Madhani explained the plan.
He highlighted that the redevelopment will aim at preserving the stores at the front and rear of the centre while introducing modern housing, green spaces, and recreation areas.
Stewart Village will feature multi-family rental and for-sale condominiums, outdoor trails, and play spaces, along with The Core Recreation & Entertainment.
