A community celebration is set for Tuesday, April 7 at the Brockville Legion Branch 96 to honour longtime broadcaster Bruce Wylie and his 55-year career in local radio.
The public event will run from 5 p.m. to about 8:30 p.m.
Wylie explained what will be going on.
He said he organized the gathering to thank listeners and show his appreciation to the community for decades of support.
The evening will include catered food from the Keystorm Pub and a cash bar.
Speeches are scheduled to begin around 6:30 p.m.
