Brockville Transit is asking passengers to plan their routes using only the designated stops
Brockville Transit has updated its pick-up and drop-off policy to improve safety and efficiency. Starting immediately, all passengers must board and exit only at official, marked bus stops.
Previously, drivers would sometimes stop between official locations. While convenient, this practice made it hard to track how bus stops were being used and created safety risks. The city says the new policy will help deliver more consistent and reliable service for all riders.
Brockville Transit is asking passengers to plan their routes using only the designated stops. Riders needing help finding the closest stop can email transit@brockville.com.
The City of Brockville thanks the community for its understanding and continued support as they work to provide safe and efficient transit services.
