Sparks OPP investigation
Grenville OPP are asking for the public’s help after a dog was found dead in a suspected case of animal cruelty.
The dog, named Stella, was last seen near her home on Tompkins Road on the afternoon of Friday, August 1. Police believe her death was intentional and happened overnight.
Officers discovered Stella’s body on Saturday and quickly launched an investigation.
They are asking people who live in the area to check any security or doorbell camera footage from Friday night. Investigators are especially interested in any suspicious activity that may have happened near Tompkins Road.
