Doors Open invites visitors inside Brockville police station and other local sites

Guests can step inside municipal facilities, heritage buildings, churches and other locations, hear hidden stories, meet local people and discover places not normally open to the public

Brockville’s Doors Open Thousand Islands event is this Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering residents and visitors a chance to explore some of the city’s most interesting buildings and community spaces.

Brockville Police Chief Mark Noonan encourages people to drop by the police station during the event.

Noonan says they will have accommodations for those with accessibility issues as well.

Guests can step inside municipal facilities, heritage buildings, churches and other locations, hear hidden stories, meet local people and discover places not normally open to the public.
