The protest is also aimed at Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes MPP Steve Clark
A provincewide protest against the Ontario government is returning to Brockville later this month, with a rally planned for Saturday, July 25, at 11 a.m. at Thousand Islands Secondary School.
The event is being organized by the Leeds-Grenville Labour Council and will include members of OPSEU Local 441, OPSEU Local 4104, OPSEU Local 439, OSSTF, Eastern OECTA and other organizations.
Here's Thomas Hopkins with the Leeds-Grenville Labour Council on the message organizers hope to share.
Hopkins spoke about the main issues organizers plan to raise during the protest.
Hopkins also shared some closing remarks ahead of the event.
Hopkins encouraged residents to attend the rally and take part in the effort to bring attention to the issues organizers say are affecting communities across Ontario.
