Raffle tickets can be purchased on the Regatta's website
A new fundraiser connected to the 1000 Islands Regatta is giving hockey fans the chance to win signed NHL jerseys while supporting a local cause.
The raffle features four signed jerseys, including one from hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, along with jerseys signed by Alexandre Texier, Thatcher Demko and Ivan Demidov. Participants will also be entered into an early bird draw for two VIP passes to the 1000 Islands Regatta.
Organizers say a single ticket purchase provides entry into all five draws. Tickets are available for $10 each or three for $20.
All net proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to CHEO, the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, helping support care and services for children and families across the region.
The fundraising campaign is part of celebrations surrounding another year of racing on the St. Lawrence River. Winners will be selected following the regatta trophy ceremony on June 28, 2026.
Tickets can be purchased through the event website: 1000-islandsregatta.com.
