Every active minute will be counted toward helping Brockville compete in the national ParticipACTION Community Challenge ranking campaign across Canada initiative
Developmental Services of Leeds and Grenville is inviting residents to a free community event in Brockville tomorrow.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Stingers Indoor Courts and Turf as part of the ParticipACTION Community Challenge.
Participants are encouraged to track their active minutes and help make Brockville the most active community in Canada.
Activities include pickleball with the Brockville Racquet Club, axe throwing with Capitol Axe Throwing, and free smoothies from One Love Jamaican Cuisine. Prizes, snacks and door prizes will be available, and admission is free for all ages.
Organizers say the goal is to bring the community together for a fun day of movement and activity. Residents are invited to attend with friends, family and neighbours and take part in the challenge.
Every active minute will be counted toward helping Brockville compete in the national ParticipACTION Community Challenge ranking campaign across Canada initiative.
