The ID is on Wednesday, August 19th
The Brockville and Area Food Bank is offering more than just food.
On Wednesday August 19th a special clinic will take place at the Food Bank at 58 Buell Street, upstairs.
The one-stop event is a partnership with Rideau Community Health Service, Service Canada, Service Ontario, and the Education and Employment Centre.
People can replace lost ID like OHIP cards and birth certificates, access government services, and get help finding work through the mobile employment unit.
The RCHS dental team will be on site to help people sign up for the Canadian Dental Care Plan. A nurse will also be available for added support.
Those experiencing homelessness or unstable housing may qualify for free applications through Service Ontario.
Organizers encourage attendees to bring ID, SINs, and other information needed for dental plan applications.
The Food Bank says it’s a great way to get the help you need—all in one place.
