The organization says it remains excited to open the new location this fall once construction is complete and the facility is ready for programming
The opening of the HART Hub Leeds Grenville site has been delayed until late September because of construction work still being completed by the building's landlord.
Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health says the additional work is needed to prepare the space for client accommodations and programming before the new location can welcome clients.
Despite the delay, the organization says long-term recovery services continue without interruption at the HART Hub Lanark site. Staff will keep supporting clients there while preparations continue for the second HART Hub location.
The Leeds Grenville site will expand access to recovery services for people living with mental health and addictions challenges across the region.
The organization says it remains excited to open the new location this fall once construction is complete and the facility is ready for programming.
HART Hubs provide recovery-focused support and services designed to help people on their journey toward long-term wellness and stability in their communities.
