A 63-year-old Quebec man is dead following a single-vehicle collision on Highway 401 in Edwardsburgh Township.
Ontario Provincial Police say emergency crews responded to the crash at about 8:30 a.m. Monday on the eastbound highway near the Highway 16 exit ramp.
The lone driver was found in the vehicle and, despite lifesaving efforts, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man's body was transported to Kingston for a post-mortem examination.
The Grenville County OPP detachment is investigating the fatal collision and is asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to contact police.
Investigators are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has not yet spoken with officers.
