All weekend long at Blockhouse Island
The 17th Annual 1000 Islands Regatta returns for another big weekend down at Blockhouse Island.
Organizer Bert Henderson talks about the rivalries in the hydroplane grand-prix and more.
The festivities start tonight with live entertainment from the Twin Turbos, Road Apples and Honeymoon Suite, followed by the start of the races tomorrow.
Henderson says the support from the city and local businesses has been unbelievable, but there are rumours about this year being the last for the Regatta. Here's what he had to say.
