Pride Week is back in Brockville until Sunday, June 8, bringing a full lineup of events to celebrate the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
It all started with yesterday's flag-raising ceremony behind City Hall, followed by a Potluck and Paint Night today. A comedy night will bring laughter to the mid-week on Wednesday.
Friday features two events, a youth prom and a Drag Competition later in the evening.
Saturday is the biggest day, with the Pride Parade starting at noon in Downtown Brockville. The celebration continues at Hardy Park with a Vendor Fair from noon until 4:00 p.m.
Organizers say everyone is welcome, and the week is about inclusion, community, and pride.
