Alison Doherty is scheduled to return to court in Brockville today (Sept. 21) for a bail hearing involving three charges.
The matter is set for 2 p.m. in Courtroom 1 at the Ontario Court of Justice at 41 Court House Square. The hearing will be held in person.
Doherty faces charges of improperly interfering with human remains under Section 182(b) of the Criminal Code, harassment under Section 264(2)(b), and defamation under Section 301.
The allegations have not been tested in court.
Doherty's appearance is scheduled as a bail hearing, where the court will consider whether she should be released while the case proceeds.
