The Ontario government is doubling its investment
Between now and September 30th, the Brockville Fire Department and other fire departments across the province can apply for Ontario’s Fire Protection Grant.
MPP for LGTIRL Steve Clark says the province is doubling the investment.
Clark adds that this investment will provide municipal fire departments with the resources they need to expand cancer prevention initiatives, improve emergency response to lithium-ion-battery-related incidents, and upgrade infrastructure.
Clark says this will have an impact on so many municipalities.
