Finished third in points among CCHL rookie defensemen this season
Following his impressive rookie season with his hometown team in the Brockville Braves, local defenseman Grady Spicer is off to play in round two of the OHL playoffs after being called up by the Windsor Spitfires.
His father Ken took to Facebook to thank the community for their support, and to say how proud he is of Grady for earning every bit of this.
The 16-year-old was drafted by Windsor in the fourth round of last year's OHL draft.
He also committed to Clarkson University for '27-28 earlier this season.
Game one vs. Kitchener goes tonight in Windsor.
