Roman Hache of Thousand Islands Secondary School has accepted his offer to attend Laurentian University, where he will join the school’s Sprints program for the 2026-27 season.
Hache will begin his studies in Criminal Justice this fall as he continues his development on the track. The student-athlete has been a dedicated member of his high school team and is known for his strong work ethic and leadership.
The move marks an important step in both his academic and athletic career. Competing at the university level will give Hache the chance to train and race against top athletes from across Ontario and beyond.
