Firefighters responded to a significant structure fire on Windsor Drive near Mary Street early this morning.
Crews arrived around 4:25 a.m., and the first unit confirmed a working fire, prompting a full call-back of off-duty firefighters.
Fire crews worked to bring the blaze under control.
Residents and drivers are urged to avoid the Windsor Drive and Mary Street area to allow firefighters space to operate and to ensure public safety.
Roads in the immediate area were blocked as hoses and equipment were put in place.
