A fire broke out at a home on Bennett Street Wednesday afternoon, drawing a large emergency response but leaving no one hurt.
Police say they were called around 2 p.m. on August 27, 2025, to assist firefighters with the blaze at 51 Bennett Street.
The Brockville Fire Department quickly responded, along with Leeds Grenville Paramedics, to secure the scene and ensure residents were safe.
Officials confirmed that everyone inside the home was able to get out before the flames spread, and no injuries were reported.
Crews worked to control the fire and prevent further damage in the neighbourhood.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation, though early findings show nothing suspicious.
Investigators are continuing to examine the scene to determine what sparked the fire.
