He went missing July 10, 2024
The Ontario Provincial Police are still searching for a 61-year-old man named Steven, who went missing in the Brockville area on July 10, 2024.
Police say the public can expect to see a continued police presence in the area this week, but there is no threat to public safety.
The search is being led by the Leeds County OPP, with help from the Emergency Response Team and Urban Search and Rescue Team. Officers are focusing on the area where Steven was last seen.
With the search now past the one-year mark, police are asking the public to help. Anyone with information is urged to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 and reference case number E240895384.
Police say even small details could help with the investigation.
The OPP continue to stress that safety is not a concern for local residents during the ongoing search efforts.
