Brockville Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 56-year-old man named Richard, who was last seen late at night on March 22.
Police say Richard was observed getting into a black Dodge Ram around 10:30 p.m. in the area of Oxford Avenue and King Street East. Investigators are working to determine his whereabouts and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
Richard is described as approximately six-foot-two and weighing about 140 pounds. At the time, he was wearing a black coat, a yellow hoodie, blue pants and white shoes.
Officers say there is concern for his well-being, and time may be a factor in locating him safely.
